INTRODUCTION
How do customers receive an installation quote through FIRMENLADEN?
Currently, customers are informed that they will always receive a cost estimate after completing the Pre-Check.
Due to increased requirements for electrical installations and legal regulations, this is no longer possible in every case. Whether and when an installation quote can be prepared depends largely on the information provided and the conditions on site.
Before following these instructions, please ensure that you have your login details for the FIRMENLADEN platform available.
Step 1
The customer completes the online Pre-Check / Quick Check in the FIRMENLADENWELT.
Step 2
The information is reviewed by our installation partner.
1. The information provided is sufficient
The customer receives a cost estimate.
2. The information provided is not sufficient
- Video Pre-Check for minor points
For example, if the fuse rating cannot be clearly identified. - On-site check for more complex issues
For example, depending on the age of the electrical system, required civil engineering work, or a complex or long cable route.
After completion of the respective Pre-Check, the customer receives an installation quote.
