CONNECTION OF EXTERNAL HARDWARE
1. FLP FORM
The FIRMENLADEN Platform Form (FLP Form) is used to submit all software-related information regarding the connection of your home station to our backend system.

It is absolutely necessary that you send the completed FLP setup form to [email protected] no later than 1 week before commissioning. Depending on the information you provide, you will receive a SIM card in the mail for the home connection.
The CommID / ChargePoint ID you provide must match the wallbox’s configuration. Otherwise, the station cannot be integrated into our backend.
2. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Connect the charging station to the FIRMENLADEN platform by configuring the APN and endpoint settings on the charging station.
This may vary depending on the manufacturer and model.

3. COMMISSIONING NOTIFICATION
Once the system has been commissioned, you must call FIRMENLADEN at the main number +49 9332 59350-10 to activate your account. Without this call, your RFID card will not be authorized and you will not be able to start a charging session.
