3. Onboarding Information
Please enter your address information. Your details help us handle all subsequent steps smoothly and reliably for you—from ordering and invoicing to shipping your products. This ensures that you receive your documents and deliveries quickly and without delay.
Please provide us with the employee number assigned to you by your employer, as well as your vehicle registration number.
If you would like to charge at home, please check the corresponding checkbox. If you have checked “Home Charging,” please enter your electricity rate and your bank information. Please note the requirements for reporting your electricity rate:
- The rate must be the gross energy price
- Only the following format is permitted – Example: 32.34 ct/kWh → 0.3234 (WITHOUT CURRENCY)
- The price sheet for your currently valid residential electricity rate (which must be clearly identifiable) must be uploaded as a file
This ensures that your reimbursement is calculated correctly and paid out reliably.
