How do I receive my charging card?
After successful registration on the FIRMENLADEN platform, you will receive your charging card from FIRMENLADEN by post within a few days at your private address.
Where can I use my charging card?
Your FIRMENLADEN charging card enables activation at all charging systems at your company locations.
How does charging work at the company location?
Hold your FIRMENLADEN charging card up to the RFID reader of the charging system. After approval of the charging point, plug the charging cable into the wallbox and vehicle. The charging process will then start automatically.
What should I do if charging at the charging system does not work?
A sticker with a 24/7 service hotline is attached to every charging system. If you have a problem starting the charging process, please call this number for technical support.
How much does charging with the FIRMENLADEN charging card cost?
With your FIRMENLADEN charging card, you can charge at all locations at a uniform employee tariff. The current tariff is shown on the display of the charging stations.
What should I do if I lose my charging card?
Please report the loss of a charging card to [email protected], including your contact details. A new charging card will be provided to you by post as quickly as possible.
