On the dashboard, you can view your most important customer information: customer number, employee ID, license plate number, mileage. Your fleet determines which information is displayed here for you. You’ll also find an introductory video about our FIRMENLADENWELT, as well as shortcuts to the most important use cases.

You can select any use case from the drop-down menu. By filling out and submitting the appropriate form, this information will be sent digitally to FIRMENLADEN, and your request will be processed automatically.
In the shop, you’ll find all the relevant products and services that you can order through FIRMENLADEN. These listed items were selected for you in collaboration with your employer. Please note that when you finalize your shopping cart, you are placing a chargeable order, which will be billed to you. If your employer provides a subsidy, it will be settled between the employer and the employee afterward.
In this section, you'll find all the information about your orders, including their current status and related documents throughout the ordering process (Invoice and Delivery Note). This means you not only have an overview of your current orders, but you can also access completed orders.
In the “Request for Quotes” section, you’ll find all the order requests you’ve submitted that we’ve received. You can view the processing status, the quote number, and other information about your quote. Once a quote has been converted into an order, you can find further details under the “Orders” menu item.
For any issues or suggestions not covered by specific use cases, please use the ticket system. Once you’ve created a ticket, we’ll address your issue and keep you updated via the ticket or contact you directly as soon as possible. Under “All Tickets,” you can view the current status of any open ticket at any time. You’ll also have a clear overview of the history of all your tickets.

Our Auto-Cloud Solution allows you to monitor your charging data through direct communication with your vehicle data and receive reimbursement for home charging sessions. To do this, the GPS data from the charging process is cross-referenced with your home address.
Unlike other solutions, we do not receive the data from a charging station, but directly from the vehicle.
